Users

See the users of your company, rename a user, and choose which sites each user can access.

The Users page lists the people of your company who use Flowlity. Company administrators use it to choose which sites each user can access: a user only sees the data of their sites.

Where it is: Settings > General > Users. The All users list shows every user by name. Click a column header to sort the list.

Your Customer Success Manager adds, removes or deactivates users for you.

How to give a user access to more sites

1

Open the user

Go to Settings > Users and click the user in the All users list. The Edit the user page opens.

2

Choose the sites

Under Scope, open the Sites picker. Type to search, then select the sites the user should access. Remove a site to take its access away.

3

Save

Click Save. You return to the All users list. To cancel your edits, click Discard changes.

How to rename a user

1

Open the user

Go to Settings > Users and click the user.

2

Edit the name

Under Info, change the Name field.

3

Save

Click Save. The Save and Discard changes buttons appear only once you change something.

Good to know

  • Only company administrators see the Sites picker. Other users see an empty Scope section.

  • The Email is the login of the user. It is read-only. Your Customer Success Manager can change it for you.

  • Your own user opens as your Profile page. See Profile and language.
