Sites

Rename a site, change its address, set the days it can receive goods, and see its closures.

A site is a location you plan for, such as a warehouse, a plant or a store. Each site has its own products, suppliers and planning parameters. On the site page you set the days the site can receive goods, which Flowlity uses to place order deliveries.

Where it is: Settings > General > Sites. The All sites list shows every site of your company. Click a site to open the Edit the site page.

Company administrators can edit the name, the address and the delivery days. Other users see these fields read-only.

How to set the days a site can receive goods

1

Open the site

Go to Settings > Sites and click the site in the All sites list.

2

Tick the delivery days

Under Delivery days, tick each weekday on which the site can receive goods, and untick the others. Select at least one day.

3

Save

Click Save. Flowlity applies these days to every supplier link of the site and uses them when it places the deliveries of order recommendations.

Good to know

  • Currency (EUR, USD, CAD, ...): the currency used for values on this site. Any currency is supported. Your Customer Success Manager can change it for you.

  • Demand distribution throughout the week: how the weekly demand of the site is spread from Monday to Sunday, in percent (the total is 100%). It is read-only in the app. Your Customer Success Manager can change it for you.

  • Saving delivery days overwrites the delivery days of all supplier links of the site. When you open the page, the boxes show the most common pattern across those links.

  • Delivery days and closures do not appear on supplier collaboration portal sites.

  • Units of measure are set per product, not per site. See Products.
