Downloads

Export purchase orders, planning, or demand history and forecasts for one or several sites, in XLSX, CSV or TSV.

The Downloads page exports your Flowlity data to a file, for a spreadsheet, a BI tool or another system. You choose the sites, the data, the unit, the period and the file format.

Where it is: Settings > Data > Download data. The page is titled Downloads.

How to export data for several sites in one file

Open Download data

At the bottom of the left sidebar, click Settings, then Download data.

Choose the sites

In Site(s), select one or several sites. The file holds the data of all the selected sites.

Choose the data

In File, pick Purchase orders, Planning or Demand history and forecasts.

Set the period

In Period type, pick Week or Month. Then, under Period, pick the start and end dates.

Choose the format and download

In Format, pick XLSX, CSV or TSV. Click Download. The file is saved to your computer.

How to export quantities in the secondary unit

Open Download data

Go to Settings > Download data and choose the sites and the file.

Pick the secondary unit

In Units, click Secondary. Quantities in the file use each product's secondary unit instead of its primary unit.

Download

Set the period and the format, then click Download.

Good to know

• The Planning file shows planned orders and firm orders separately.

• Destination offers Local Download: the file goes to your computer.

• On supplier collaboration portal sites, File offers Sales orders only, and the Units, Period type and Destination options do not show.

• To choose the columns of an order export yourself, export from the Supply Orders module. See Supply Orders.

• Ask your Customer Success Manager if you need a custom set of export columns.
