Analytics

Reporting dashboards set up for your company, for example on data sync and data quality.

Analytics shows the reporting dashboards set up for your company. Typical sections cover data sync (when each data feed was last received), data quality, a multi-site overview, alerts, and stock and coverage trends per site.

The content is built for each company, so your Analytics page can differ from another company's. The Dashboard gives the standard KPIs; Analytics goes into the reports your team asked for.

In the sidebar, go to Overview > Analytics.

How to check when your data was last received

1

Check the app status first

At the bottom of the sidebar, the app status tells you whether today's calculations are Ready, In progress, Delayed or Failed. Click it to see Supply plan and Forecast separately.

2

Open Analytics

Go to Overview > Analytics. The page shows the dashboards of the site selected at the top of the sidebar.

3

Read the data sync section

If your dashboard has a data sync section, it lists each data source (for example actual demand, purchase orders or forecasts) with the date it was last received. A source with an old date means that feed did not arrive.

How to review data quality before a planning cycle

1

Open the data quality section

In Analytics, scroll to the data quality section, if your dashboard has one. It flags data issues at site and product level.

2

Note the products to fix

Write down the products or data sources that are flagged, so you can check them in Demand or Planning before you validate orders.

3

Tell your Customer Success Manager about source issues

When the issue comes from the data you send (a missing feed, a wrong unit, a missing supplier), your Customer Success Manager can help you fix it at the source.

How to get a dashboard tailored to your needs

1

List what you want to follow

Write down the questions you want the dashboard to answer, for example stock coverage per site or the share of products with an alert.

2

Ask your Customer Success Manager

Your Customer Success Manager can change the Analytics dashboard for you, or add a new one.

Good to know

  • You see Analytics only when it is activated on your site and your user has access to it. Ask your Customer Success Manager to activate it.

  • Analytics is not included in Flowlity Lite.

  • Change the site at the top of the sidebar to see the dashboards of another site.

  • The Open Co-planner button in the header lets you ask a question about your data while you read a report.
