Skills

Pre-built expert workflows that run on top of the Flowlity MCP connection for consistent, high-quality results.

Skills are pre-built, expert workflows that run on top of the Flowlity MCP connection. Where the raw connector lets you ask anything, a skill packages a specific, repeatable job — auditing data quality, checking forecast health, building an executive review deck — so you get a consistent, high-quality result without describing the whole process each time.

Skills run inside an AI assistant that supports them (such as Claude Cowork or Claude Code) and call the same Flowlity MCP tools described in MCP connection instructions. They read only the data your Flowlity account already has access to.

You don't invoke skills by name. Describe what you want in plain language and the assistant picks the matching skill automatically — the trigger phrases below are just examples.

Getting started

A first-run guide for new Coplanner users. It checks that your Flowlity connection is live, names the account it sees, and offers a short menu of high-value first actions so you know what to ask next.

  • Try it with: "Help me get started with Flowlity", "What can I ask you?", "Give me a tour"

Data quality audit

Produces a short, prioritized shortlist (~10 items) of master-data and parameter problems in your item base — missing supplier links, placeholder or stale lead times, wrong ABC classification, missing valuation prices, items that should be deactivated. Every row names the exact field to fix and ranks issues by monetary impact, so you fix the costliest problems first.

  • Try it with: "Run a data-quality audit on my items", "What should I fix in my data?", "Find dodgy items"

Forecast audit

The demand-side counterpart to the data-quality audit. It surfaces the SKUs where the forecast is wrong and explains why — sharp demand drops the model is re-basing on, new products with no similar-product link, persistent over- or under-forecast bias, or unexplained low accuracy — each with a concrete fix to the forecast input or parameter, ranked by impact.

  • Try it with: "Run a forecast audit", "Where is the model wrong and why?", "Forecast health check"

Supply chain operations review

Generates a branded, executive-ready PowerPoint "Supply Chain Operations Review" with every figure pulled live from Flowlity: inventory health, cash and working capital at risk, availability and supply risk, and forecast quality. Ideal for a recurring management or SteerCo-style update.

  • Try it with: "Create a supply-chain operations review deck", "Build an inventory status presentation", "Make an ops review"

Using skills

Skills are easiest to use through the Coplanner plugin, which bundles the Flowlity connector together with all of the skills above. See Plugin for installation and sharing.
