# Sales orders

Answer the orders your customers send you through Flowlity collaboration.

Sales orders lists the orders your customers send you through Flowlity collaboration. From here you accept an order, propose another quantity or date, or reject it, and your customer sees your answer in their own Flowlity.

In the sidebar, go to **Demand management** > **Sales orders**. The entry appears only when sales orders are activated on your site: ask your Customer Success Manager to activate it.

## Good to know

* Orders come from your customers, so there is no button to create one. Inside an order, **⋮** > **Add order line** adds a line.
* The view tabs say **Validated** and **Released** for the orders whose status badge reads **Accepted** and **Firm**.
* In the **Collaboration status** filter, rejected orders are listed as **Rejected by supplier**.
* Use the comments of an order to explain your answer to your customer. See [Comments](/concepts/concepts/comments.md).
* Tags can be shown as one column per tag category. Some customer KPI columns appear when your customer shares them.
