New Filtering Options in your product views
The Demand and Planning modules now come with advanced filtering capabilities!
You can now use many additional fields to set up filters — all within a more ergonomic interface. Especially all numeric KPIs can now be filtered, making it easier to identify the products that need your attention.
These new filters are available from the usual dropdown, inside a reorganized list:

You can also set up your filter directly from the header of the relevant column:

Dashboard turns into multi-site Dashboard
You can select multiple sites to show the consolidated results in the Dashboard — just click on the dropdown in the top right corner.

Download the results to PDF or PNG by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner.
Other updates
Several usability and interface improvements have been rolled out across the application, especially in the Supply Orders module. It's now possible to:
Add MAPE, MAE and FVA from Final Forecast as KPI
In the Supply order and Sales order module, display tags in a dedicated column for each tag category
Display the order tag grouper in a dedicated column
Download orders in XLSX, CSV, or TSV format
Create an order line directly from the Order lines view
Automate your routine tasks with the new Automations module
Flowlity is rolling out the first version of its Automations module, designed to help you automate the execution of some of your routine supply chain management tasks.
Instead of regularly mass-editing the parameters of your product strategies, you can now set up an automation routine that will run on the desired scope and schedule.
The Automations module currently allows you to act on the following parameters:
Forecast
Change the forecast source (Flowlity forecast or External forecast)
Adjust the product lifecycle (Start sales and End of Life)
Inventory
Change the inventory strategy (Make-to-Stock or Make-to-Order)
Adjust the buffer policy
Modify your stock max
Use case: External forecast when data is insufficient
Let's consider the following scenario: you regularly launch new products, for which Flowlity needs a few weeks of history to generate a reliable forecast.
Step 1 – Create the view for the target product scope. Automations are applied in bulk to a scope defined through views. In the Demand or Planning module, create a new view, apply the desired filters, and save it.

Step 2 – Create the automation. From the view, click on the "Create an automation" button to open the configuration window.

In this example, every Friday at 8:00 PM, all products in the "Insufficient Data" view will switch to "External Forecast" before the weekend's calculation.
To switch back to "Flowlity Forecast" once enough data becomes available, don't forget to create a complementary automation! For example: scope = Demand Predictability Medium or High, same schedule, action = Forecast source = Flowlity Forecast.
Step 3 – Manage your automations. Go to the Automations module to view and manage your automations. From this screen, you can:
Create, edit, or delete automations
Pause automations without deleting them, or reactivate them
Check the execution history of your automations

Access to this module is restricted to users who are already authorized to edit product strategies in mass.
Share your different views across users
The different views added from the Demand or Planning modules are now shared between users of the same company!
Whenever you create a new view, you will have the opportunity to make it visible to all members of your company.

You can also search among all views previously created by other users and add them to your own environment.

During the rollout of these new features we merged some views that seemed to be duplicates. If you notice that one of the views you previously used is missing, please contact us so we can restore it.
Navigate more efficiently by opening product pages in new tabs
The application now makes it easier to work with multiple tabs open in parallel. You can now open a product page in a new tab from:

The app becomes faster on large datasets
Final forecast data are now pre-computed and stored instead of being computed "on the fly", to improve performance — especially on large datasets.
This change affects particularly the Demand page and will result in improved loading times and a smoother experience. The final forecast will still update automatically whenever key inputs change (e.g. My Forecast, future events, or the selected data source).
More explainability on what demand signal is used in the forecast model
Flowlity is making sure that no demand anomalies are polluting the past demand by adding outliers and shortage impact flags. Now, you can see all those details clearly in the Demand module!
Just add the new lines by clicking on the Table Settings (right side of the screen) and you will find:
Cleaned past demand — This is the signal that is used in the forecast model
Raw past demand — This is the signal that we receive from the data
Similar products past demand
Anomaly adjustments impact

New forecast strategy capabilities
Accessible via the Product strategy sidebar.
Add similar products directly from the Demand module
The demand history of the source product will be copied into the demand history of the target product. This is particularly efficient to manage product replacements or to boost new product forecasts.
You can apply a coefficient when transferring the demand history, and define an end date if you want the product link to only be active for a certain period.

AI recommendation for similar products and replacement products
Imagine you have a tool that suggests the best products to link in order to get more demand history for new products — check out the Similarity Agent!

More improvements in the Demand module
Split table view & Relative scrolling — Instead of a combined table with past and future data, you can split the table into past demand and forecast data. By activating Relative scrolling, you can align past and future data by period with a one-year gap.

More customization on the graph — You can decide if you want to display in the graph only the past or future data or both.

Product strategy sidebar and Forecast strategy management
The Stock strategy sidebar has been renamed Product strategy sidebar and now allows you to manage Forecast strategy directly from the product page:
Select Forecast source: Flowlity forecast or External forecast
Define End of Life and Sale start date
Add Forecast events
All in one place!

Product lifecycle info available as columns
End of Life and Sale start date can now be easily added to your product table view.

Bug fixes
Fix on editing supplier quotas from the Settings
Supplier collaboration:
Adding the total initially proposed quantity to the Order view
Fix sorting issue in 'Quantity' column
Upcoming update to forecast calculation on customer axis
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve forecast accuracy, we're updating the way forecasts are calculated when using the customer axis.
What's changing?
Until now, forecasts at the customer level were generated directly from the historical demand of each product x customer combination.
With this update, we will now:
Generate forecasts at the product level, using the full demand history for each product.
Then, disaggregate the forecast to each customer using a dynamic method that calculates ratios based on the demand quantity of each customer and the number of customers ordering each product.
Why this is a good thing
Improved forecast accuracy — Forecasts at a higher aggregation level (product level) are generally more reliable. This means better input for planning and replenishment decisions.
Lays the groundwork for new features — This change is a key prerequisite for the upcoming Forecast Studio, which we plan to release in the next 6 months.
Smoother navigation: Reorganization of the filters and new capabilities
The demand type now has its own filter to let you visualize it and combine it more easily with other criteria
Any filter can now be used as an inclusion or exclusion criteria
New filter: 'No supply' — review or exclude products that are configured to not have any supply recommendation generated by Flowlity

In the Tag view, you can now filter by Tag category for more efficiency

Revamp of the Supply orders module — Step 1
Add comments on your orders. You can now leave comments on your Order lines! This is really helpful when you modify orders and want to remember 4 weeks later why. The comments will be stored in the Comments section for each product in the Planning module.

New alerts on orders above/below net requirements. If you have supply constraints that force you to replenish more than the net requirements, you can now easily identify these situations. Stay tuned, because there is a lot more to come!

New option on custom KPIs: create your KPIs on the last 7 days
When creating your own KPIs from the Demand or Planning list, you can now select the last 7 days as the reference period. Very useful if you want to review performance on a weekly basis.

Other improvements
Flowlity is now available in Spanish. You can switch on your user profile.
Sorting the customer list alphabetically to make selection easier
In the Order details, you can now sort by Family tag name
Fixing an issue with display of duplicated outliers
Enhanced Forecasting Models
We are introducing new enhancements to our forecasting engine, enabling greater customization and continuous improvement in overall performance.
More precise forecast models
Adaptive learning: Our models now feature dynamic error correction and continuous improvement mechanisms, allowing for consistent performance.
A better quantification of the uncertainty: Probabilistic forecasting has been significantly improved.
Support for External Data
Our model can now incorporate any external data sources you provide. Get in touch with your project manager or customer success manager to discuss the best options.
Soon we will launch an external data store allowing you to purchase and integrate various datasets — from weather data to economic indicators.
Improved Handling of Internal Data
The model now learns more effectively from your tag categories. Feel free to share the most relevant ones for your business.
Preprocessing Customizations (optional)
Outlier Detection & Replacement: You can now choose to let the algorithm automatically accept the detected outliers or not (true by default).
Launch Date Detection & Replacement: A new algorithm identifies and corrects demand peaks during product launch periods to avoid learning from initial stocking.
Postprocessing Customization (optional)
End-of-life Deceleration: Forecasts for products nearing end-of-life will gradually decline, ensuring a smoother transition to discontinuation.
To activate new options or settings, please get in touch with your project manager or customer success manager.
Layout change: The navigation bar moves to the side
More space for your analysis on the product details! This change also allows us to accommodate all the new modules coming up in the future.
Based on your preference, you can either fix the sidebar or let it appear/disappear dynamically.

Boosting demand management in Flowlity
A package of three new features in the Demand module:
See the demand events applied directly in the grid, for example to see how promotions impact the forecast.

Create a forecast event directly from the Demand module like a promotion or exceptional events that impact the expected demand, either in percentage or quantity. These changes are immediate — so no waiting anymore for the recalculation of forecasts.
Either for a list of multiple items from the Product list

Or for a specific item from the graph.

Add outliers manually in the historic demand. This allows you to complement the already existing outliers automatically detected by Flowlity. Historic outliers detected will be excluded when creating the demand forecast.

Flowlity Tactical: Ability to discard changes
Discard inventory strategy changes that have not yet been taken into account in the supply plan calculation.

Analytics module: More content added to the reports
We added the evolution of stock coverage per site.
We added future data for stocks, and stock coverage.
